At Bevzilla, we strive to ensure every cup of coffee meets our high quality standards. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee sachets, we offer returns or replacements only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order ID and clear photos of the damaged product or incorrect sachet packaging.
- 2.Verification Process
Our quality control team will review your submission within 24-48 hours to verify the defect or shipping error against our dispatch records.
- 3.Product Pickup
Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the items are packed in their original outer box to prevent further damage.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Upon receiving the return, we will either dispatch a fresh batch of coffee sachets or process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
